Refund of BOC Procedure

 


 Requirements for refund of outstanding proposal deposit ( BOC )


 ( A )  Refund of BOC  before six months from the date of BOC


  1. Application from depositor stating reason for refund of BOC and counter signed by agent.
  2. NEFT details along with  Cancelled cheque with printed name on it OR Bank passbook xerox copy .
  3. Depositor's KYC ( Adhar Card, PAN Card )
  4. Advanced receipt with revenue stamp , if refundable amount is more than Rs. 5000/-


( B )  Refund of BOC  after six months from the date of BOC


  1. Application for depositor stating reason for refund of BOC and counter signed by agent.
  2. Letter from agent stating the reason for delay in asking for refund
  3. Depositor's KYC ( Adhar Card, PAN Card )
  4. NEFT details along with  Cancelled cheque with printed name on it OR Bank passbook xerox copy .
  5. Original BOC receipt
  6. If Original BOC receipt is not available then letter of indemnity with two witness.
  7. Advanced receipt with revenue stamp
